"Our goal is simple: quality results, clear communication, and work we stand behind."

Most demolition companies send a salesman. At Bratchco, the man in this video is the man on your job. Luke Bratcher works with homeowners, residential and commercial contractors, and site development companies across Arkansas — and when you call, you get him.

Straight answers

Before you call

How much does demolition cost?

It depends on the size and construction of the structure, access for equipment, and what's in it. That's why every quote starts with a look at the actual job — call Luke, walk him through it, and you'll get a straight number for the whole job: demo, haul-off, and cleanup.

Do I need a permit to tear down a structure?

Most Arkansas cities and counties require one, and utilities have to be properly disconnected first. We'll walk you through exactly what your project needs during the quote process so there are no surprises on demo day.

What happens to the debris?

We haul it off. When we leave, you're looking at a clean, graded site — not a pile of rubble with your name on it.

Who will I actually deal with?

Luke Bratcher, the owner. He quotes it, he runs it, and he stands behind it. One point of contact from the first call to the final walkthrough.

How long does a typical house demolition take?

Once permits and utility disconnects are in place, most single-structure residential jobs come down and haul off in days, not weeks. The exact schedule depends on the size of the structure and site access — Luke gives you the timeline up front when he quotes the job.

Do you handle fire-damaged or condemned structures?

Yes — fire-damaged and unsafe structures are some of our most common calls. We take the structure down safely, haul the debris, and leave the slab in place for your rebuild or a clean lot, whichever your plans call for. See the East End fire job in our recent work above.

Got something standing
that shouldn't be?

Tell us what it is and where it is. We'll take it from there.
